Mercy Jiménez

Mercy Jiménez’s career in financial services includes 14 years in the primary and secondary mortgage markets. She has held senior management positions in domestic and international marketing, corporate development, business and product development, and a global MBS program office. At one point, she headed a national mortgage market team serving nearly 2,000 small and mid size lenders. After earning an MBA from the Harvard Business School, Ms. Jiménez worked for Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, and Fannie Mae. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Atlantic Council and as a Trustee of the National Building Museum in Washington, DC.

Spencer M. Punnett II

Spencer Punnett sold his first newspaper story at age 18. Between college and law school, he worked at a daily newspaper in Boston. He holds a J.D. cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law, where he won the Lowden-Wigmore Prize for Legal Scholarship and was elected as an editor of the Law Review. Mr. Punnett is a former partner at one of Florida’s oldest corporate law firms, Carlton Fields. He is active in the American Bar Association, where he was appointed Editor-in-Chief of Litigation News and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Section of Litigation’s Book Publishing Board.
